Working Principle

Under the combined action of the centrifugal force of the hydraulic exciter and the gravity of the material itself, the coal-water mixture entering the screen box moves forward in leaps on the screen surface to achieve the ideal dewatering effect and realize the purpose of solid-liquid separation; The metering transfer device is placed below the discharge port of the solid-liquid separator, when the solid material in the hopper is full, start the first cylinder, complete the lifting and translation of the hopper, reach the predetermined height, start the second cylinder, open the hopper sealing door, and then start the third cylinder to complete the pushing and unloading of the solid material.
